Sand dunes movement and growth on Navajo Nation

A new fact sheet from the USGS notes that "Recurring drought and rising temperatures have caused reactivation and renewed growth of sand dunes on the lands of the Navajo Nation on the Colorado Plateau. Migrating dunes threaten health, housing, and transportation pathways."
